The MC3 is a gentle mouth-cleanser, used to eliminate choking or aspirating hazards that can be experienced with sponge swabs, and removes the discomfort and awkwardness of toothbrushes. They have a cone-shaped head and smooth round filaments to sooth the soft tissues when cleansing the oral mucosa. They also provide a rotating action to collect debris. The MC3 has been assessed and tested with a wide range of patient groups, such as dementia patients, patients with neurological conditions, cancer therapy patients, people with learning disabilities and patients in the ICU.
