The Mop Head bag is a re-usable, self-opening laundry bag, designed for the collection of heavily soiled and infected mop heads. The uniquely welded seams ensure the bag is totally fluid and odour proof. Once the Mop Head bag is safely inside the washing machine the bag automatically opens. The automatic opening minimises manipulation of the bag and prevents exposure of staff to the infectious mop head prior to decontamination as per 5.31 of the dept. of health CFPP, Decontamination of linen for health and social care: Management and provision document. Safetex bags are environmentally friendly and a cost-effective alternative to single use disposable red bags, having a life span of up to 1000 processings. Available in white only.
